How accurate are the weight estimates?+
Scale for Grams uses computer vision to estimate weight from a photo. Typical accuracy is within 10–20% for common household items. It is an estimate, not a certified measurement — for legal, medical or trade use, always use a certified scale.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes. Lifetime purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee — email us and we refund you in full, no questions asked. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are refunded by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. See our refund policy for details.
How do I cancel my Weekly subscription?+
Purchases on iOS are managed in your Apple ID subscription settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Web subscriptions can be cancelled from your dashboard or by emailing support. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately.
