1. The short version
- Lifetime ($49.99, web purchase): 30-day money-back guarantee — full refund, no questions asked.
- Weekly ($6.99/week): cancel anytime; billing stops immediately and access runs to the end of the paid week. Refunds of the most recent charge are available within 14 days if you haven't used paid features in that period.
- Purchases made through the Apple App Store: refunds are issued by Apple, not by us — see section 4.
2. Lifetime purchases — 30-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase the Lifetime plan on our website and are not satisfied for any reason, email kedvic@gmail.com within 30 days of the purchase date and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. No forms, no justification required. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. After a refund, paid features are deactivated.
3. Weekly subscriptions
- Cancelling: you can cancel at any time. Web subscriptions can be cancelled from your dashboard or by emailing us; iOS subscriptions are cancelled in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation stops all future charges; you keep access until the end of the current billing week.
- Refunds: if you were charged for a week you didn't intend to keep, contact us within 14 days of the charge. If you haven't materially used paid features since the charge, we will refund it. Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded in full.
- Forgot to cancel? Email us — we handle these generously. We would rather refund a week than keep an unhappy customer.
4. Purchases made through the Apple App Store
If you subscribed or purchased inside the iOS app, the transaction is processed by Apple and only Apple can issue the refund. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com (sign in with your Apple ID, choose the purchase, select "Request a refund"). Apple normally responds within 24–48 hours. If Apple declines and you believe the case is genuine, email us and we will do what we can to make it right.
5. Free plan
The free plan is not billed, so no refunds apply. Free daily scan limits reset every 24 hours.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights. If you are in the EU/UK, you have a 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases of digital content, which you may waive when service begins immediately at your request; our 30-day Lifetime guarantee exceeds this in any case. If your local law provides stronger rights, those rights prevail.
